PM 300 – Project Leadership

Workshop Description

This five day session teaches participants how to be leaders within their organization, as well as techniques for personal, team, and organizational leadership.

This training is based on Project Management Institute (PMI) and A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge, (PMBOK® Guide) compliant content, and is eligible for PDU credits.

5 day workshop.

Who Should Attend

This session is designed for all personnel who are involved with teams. Ideally, all members of a team would take a leadership approach to their part of their team’s success.

Professional Development Credits

Participants earn

  • 35 hrs of approved project management education credits towards new applications for Project Management Professional (PMP)® and Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® Certification from PMI.
  • 35 PDU, professional development credits towards maintain PMP® credentials.
