Upon successful completion of the course, you will be able to:

  • Define the project management key concepts, terminology, organizational influences, and project life cycle.
  • Describe the Project Management Process Groups. Describe the Project Management Knowledge Areas.
  • Describe the inputs, tools and techniques, and outputs for each of the Project Management Knowledge Areas.
  • Apply test-taking techniques for writing the exam.

This course is primarily review of these previously covered processes, and provides practice exam questions along with exam taking techniques for the CAPM®/PMP® exam.

The program is designed for preparing you to write the Project Management Institute (PMI) Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®) certification exam and provides PMBOK® Guide review for the Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification exam.
